Air Volume Tanks are generally used to store compressed air before it enters a piping system or pneumatic equipment. It serves as a buffer between the compressor and the fluctuating pressure caused by changing demand.

Our shop is ASME  ‘U’, ‘S’, CUTR  & PED certified. KRR has in-house design team with high end software’s and the technical know-how to size the tanks based on end-user requirements/specifications.

We have state-of-the-art facilities such as a Press shop, Machine shop, Robotics shop, Assembly and Integration shop spread over an area of 6 acres.  The tanks can be manufactured in diameters ranging from ID of 150 mm to 6000 mm in a minimum turnaround time as we have well-equipped tooling’s readily available in our press shop.

 

The vessels can be of various Materials of Construction Mild steel, Carbon steel, and Stainless steel of various grades. We can also provide the tanks in various surface finishes, unpainted, blasted, painted, pickled and passivated, and so on
